Additives

AGC Chemicals Europe has specially developed PTFE synthetic fluoropolymer microfibres that act as additives for a range of materials, such as plastic compounds, rubbers, fluoroelastomers, inks, paint, oils, and greases. These give materials significant properties that vary with each application; additives can reduce the friction of thermoplastics, add lubricity, and create non-stick coatings.

Our additives are FDA approved, and so are incorporated within the food and drinks industry through food packaging, can coatings, and food processing equipment. Everything including food wrapper coatings, non-stick frying pans, and flexographic ink used to commercialise products all take advantage of AGC Chemicals Europe PTFE microfibre additives.
