uPFAS Restriction Proposal’s SEAC consultation: what and how to prepare
In this session we will discuss what information and actions you may already begin working on, while we wait for ECHA to clarify the official start date of the Committee for Socio-economic Analysis (SEAC)’s consultation, expected to start in 2026 Q1 (TBC). While the consultation will be shorter, time-wise, compared with the first, it is nonetheless very important to further collect information on the consequences, in socioeconomical terms, of the uPFAS restriction proposal in the current form.
We would therefore like to invite you to understand more about the SEAC consultation, allowing you to share questions at the end of the presentation.
