Procedure for purchasing CYTOP™

  1. There are several types of CYTOP™ available for purchase. To identify the most suitable, AGC Chemicals Europe requires customers’ technical information.
  2. CYTOP™ is regulated by Japanese and European laws, and an export license is necessary. If the customer is not involved in atomic, military, or chemical weapon activity, obtaining a license will be no issue though may take time. However, if an export license is not granted, AGC Chemicals Europe has the right to decline requests or orders.
  3. The enclosed questionnaire asks customers for technical information; information needed to apply for an export license and delivery information. Please complete this questionnaire and send it back to AGC Chemicals Europe at the earliest convenience.
  4. First trials are offered as a standard package (Starter Kit) containing 100g CYTOP™ solution and 300g Solvent.
  5. Price is dependent on the CYTOP™ grade. The price includes delivery costs to the customer’s premises but does not include import duty and VAT (delivery term is DAP (Incoterm 2010). Please note that from 2015, the commercial conditions have changed for the “solvent only” orders.
  6. Standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks after receipt of the order sheet or advance payment (depending on which method is used). For the first purchase, however, the delivery time is longer due to the procedure of obtaining the export license.
